Requirements:

Experience: 6+ years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Salesforce Consultant within large-scale enterprise environments
Program History: A proven track record of working on large-scale business transformations, complex integrations, or M&A; programs
Salesforce Expertise: Robust technical and functional understanding of the enterprise Salesforce ecosystem, specifically Salesforce Sales Cloud and next-gen Agentforce Sales capabilities
Agile Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of Agile Scrum and ALM practices, with hands-on proficiency in Jira for backlog grooming and user story management
Data & Migration Skills: Proven ability to handle complex data structures, including field-level mapping and org migration execution
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to guide senior stakeholders through organizational change
