SailPoint IIQ Developer / Engineer

Experience Range : 4-8 Years Experience

Role Summary
SailPoint IIQ professional with 4+ years of experience in identity and access management (IAM), with hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, configuration, customization, and support. The candidate should have experience working on enterprise IAM projects and collaborating with business, security, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
- Onboard Applications to Sailpoint IdentityIQ
- Develop and customize workflows, rules, connectors, forms, and approvals in IIQ
- Integrate SailPoint IIQ with target applications, directories, and authentication systems
- Perform user provisioning, access certification, role management, and identity lifecycle management
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SailPoint workflows and integrations
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Support testing, deployment,



and production issue resolution
- Prepare technical documentation and contribute to best practices

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Valuable understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, certification, RBAC, and lifecycle management
- Experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and related identity systems
- Experience with connectors, workflows, rules, and customizations in IIQ
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
