Key Responsibilities

- Conduct tyre inspections and health assessments for heavy commercial vehicles.
- Analyze tyre wear and identify mechanical issues affecting tyre performance.
- Recommend tyre fitment, rotation, wheel alignment, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Maintain tyre lifecycle records, inventory, scrap, and retreading data.
- Support field operations and ensure timely service delivery.
- Build strong customer relationships through technical support and service excellence , exceptional technical support and service.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or related Engineering discipline.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge or candidates with 1-5 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.




- Experience in commercial vehicle tyres, fleet maintenance, automotive service, or tyre industry will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of heavy commercial vehicle systems.
- Knowledge of tyre construction, tyre wear analysis, wheel alignment, balancing, and suspension.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical issues impacting tyre life.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Excel and mobile applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
- Ability to prepare technical inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
