Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Generate bills and process cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain accurate cash balance and submit daily cash reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve billing-related issues.
- Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly in the POS system.
- Coordinate with service and kitchen teams for order processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
- Follow company policies and cash-handling procedures.
- Assist in opening and closing activities as required.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer knowledge and POS billing experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Experience

- 12 years of experience as a Cashier in a restaurant,
