Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Review Title Commitments: Examine title commitments to identify any vested interests or issues that need resolution. • Document Collection:



Obtain all necessary documents to clear title issues, such as deeds, affidavits, and releases. • Update Foreclosure Information: Keep foreclosure information current for each title. • Communication: Maintain regular communication with title vendors, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the process. • Problem-Solving: Resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise during the title review. • Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review and analyze documents. • Communication Skills: Robust verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various parties. • Knowledge of US Real Estate: Understanding of real estate laws and regulations will be an added advantage. • Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues promptly

Qualification & Experience

• Basic Degree completion with Experience in Mortgage Origination • Minimum 2 years in Due Diligence and 5 Years Mortgage experience • Should be flexible working in night shifts • Open to working extended periods/weekends when necessary • Computer Skills - comfortable with MS office • Good written and oral communications skills in English
