- Assist therapists and special educators during therapy and classroom sessions for children with special needs.
- Support children in learning, communication, play, and daily activities under supervision.
- Prepare and organize therapy materials and teaching aids.
- Record session observations and maintain basic documentation.
- Help create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Behavior Analysts, and Special Educators.
- Participate in training programs and develop professional skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Speech & Hearing, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Education, Social Work,
or any related field.
- Passion for working with children with special needs.

- Basic computer skills are desirable.
