Job Description State Head, Commercial Vehicle Business

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Department: Sales & Business Development
Experience: 10 to 20 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Drive overall Commercial Vehicle (CV) business across Tamil Nadu.
- Achieve state sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute state sales and business growth strategies.
- Manage and expand dealer/distributor network.
- Build robust relationships with fleet operators, transporters, and key corporate customers.
- Lead, coach, and monitor Area Sales Managers and sales teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
- Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure effective retail sales, inventory management, and dealer performance.




- Drive customer satisfaction and resolve key customer escalations.
- Monitor collections, credit control, and dealer financial health (where applicable).
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Service, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for business growth.
