We are seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in ServiceNow modules, process analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process workflows.
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers, architects, and administrators to deliver solutions.
- Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and process mapping activities.
- Support implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow modules and applications.
- Participate in testing activities including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices.
- Maintain project documentation, process flows, and requirement traceability.




- Support change management, training, and user adoption activities.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning and reviews.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 410 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- 2+ years of experience working on ServiceNow projects.
- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Exposure to ServiceNow integrations and workflow automation.
