- Step 2: Click to login
- Step 3: Click New user (Register with us)
- Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
- Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.
- Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Mandatory Documents to carry:

- Candidates must have a registered EP ID
- TCS Online Application Form
- Hard Copy of Resume
- 2 Copy Recent Passport Size Photographs
- Original and 2 photocopy of Govt. ID proof (Aadhaar Card or PAN Card)

Eligibility:

- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
- Should be versatile with night shifts & rotation shifts

Job Summary





The Reporting and Analytics Processor supports HR reporting operations by generating standard reports, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining dashboards. The role focuses on timely data extraction, validation, and delivery of operational insights while adhering to SLAs in a global HRO environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate standard operational and HR reports as per defined schedules
- Extract, cleanse, and validate HR data from multiple systems
- Maintain reporting accuracy and ensure timely delivery of outputs
- Support ad-hoc reporting and data requests
- Update dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates
- Ensure adherence to data governance and process guidelines

Required Qualifications

Graduate (B.Com / B.Sc / BCA / Statistics / IT preferred)

Experience Requirements

13 years of experience in reporting or data operations
