- Coordinate internal work queues, access requests, assignments, and project timelines.
- Maintain accurate tracking of productivity, workload, and reporting data.
- Monitor attendance, identify deviations, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Support onboarding and internal training initiatives.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in internal systems, including GURU.
- Identify, resolve,



and escalate operational issues as needed.
- Organize team meetings, document action items, and track follow-ups.
- Generate and validate operational reports for leadership.
- Monitor adherence to turnaround times (TATs) and workflow expectations.
- Communicate operational risks, workload concerns, and process bottlenecks to leadership.
- Train team members on workflows, process updates, and internal expectations.
