About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented project Analyst with 24 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Audit, and Financial Reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, hands-on experience in end-to-end finance operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.

The role requires exposure to accounting operations, financial controls, reconciliations, taxation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Candidates with experience in startups, consulting firms, shared services, or multinational environments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting Operations

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting activities including AP, AR, GL accounting, and reconciliations.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure activities within timelines.
- Drive global stakeholder connects, meetings, and training sessions as required.
- Prepare governance decks, project timeline presentations, process flowcharts, SOPs, and training materials while adhering to corporate standards.
- Create, administer, and maintain SAP Master Data, including:
- GENA (Cost Centers & Internal Orders)
- General Ledger (Chart of Accounts & Account Functionalities)
- Cycles and Rules administration

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of master data processes.
- Coordinate with global teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
- Manage multiple project deliverables while adhering to aggressive timelines.
- Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability in driving project outcomes.
- Support governance reviews, status reporting, and project tracking activities.




- Collaborate effectively across functions with a "collaborate and win" mindset.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to end users and stakeholders as needed.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Expertise in SAP Master Data management and governance processes.
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge with clear understanding of transaction flows and financial reporting.
- Experience in preparing professional presentations, governance reports, process documents, and training materials.
- Ability to manage high-priority projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Support statutory compliance activities including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in preparation and review of tax workings and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal audits, statutory audits, and tax audits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.

Technical Skills

Hands-on knowledge of:

- MS Excel & MS Office
- SAP / Oracle ERP
