Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to design functional, aesthetically pleasing residential/commercial spaces. The candidate will work closely with clients to understand requirements, create design concepts, and supervise project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet clients to understand design requirements and preferences
- Develop interior design concepts, layouts, and mood boards
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings, space planning, and design presentations
- Select materials, furniture, lighting, colors, and dcor elements
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and site teams
- Visit project sites and monitor execution work
- Ensure projects are completed within timeline and budget
- Stay updated with current interior design trends and materials
- Prepare quotations, BOQs,



and project documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field
- 35 years of experience in interior designing
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar design software
- Strong creativity and visualization skills
- Valuable communication and client-handling abilities
