Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals across various technologies and experience levels. The role requires solid communication skills, an understanding of technical roles, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates.




- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Stay updated on current IT market trends, technologies, and hiring best practices.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
