Role & responsibilities

- The role encompasses design management, planning, quality, safety, and cost control, ensuring delivery excellence in line with Toshibas global engineering standards and client contractual requirements (PGCIL, NTPC, private utilities)

Preferred candidate profile

- Should have IS/GIS substation civil works, foundation systems, QA/QC, project management.
- should have Leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical thinking, cross functional coordination
- Knowledge on IS/IEC standards, NBC, CPWD specifications, PGCIL/NTPC norms.
- Project schedule adherence and milestone achievement
- Quality and safety compliance metrics
- Civil cost performance (budget vs. actual)
- Client satisfaction index
- Team productivity and retention
- Integrity, discipline, and compliance-oriented mindset
- Process-driven and safety-conscious leadership
