We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot Microservices, Oracle ATG Commerce, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Retail/eCommerce domain and a proven track record of leading development teams, designing scalable solutions, and delivering high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of developers and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Own end-to-end design, development, deployment, and production support of Retail Commerce applications.
- Design and develop scalable Microservices-based solutions using Java and Spring Boot.
- Enhance and support Oracle ATG Commerce applications and integrations.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and Business teams for successful project delivery.
- Conduct code reviews, technical design discussions, and provide architectural guidance.
- Work directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Estimation, Backlog Grooming, and Retrospectives.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and DevOps best practices.
- Mandatory Skills

- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading development teams.
- Strong programming skills in Java and Spring Boot Microservices.
- Extensive experience with Oracle ATG Commerce development and customization.
- Strong experience in Retail Commerce/eCommerce domain.




- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL database design, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
- Hands-on experience with JUnit, Mockito, and Cucumber.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins/Bamboo, and ArgoCD.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure Automation.
- Solid debugging, problem-solving, and code review skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
