Job Description-Job Title: Beauty Advisor

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage customers, understand their beauty needs, and recommend suitable Kiro products. Demonstrate products, assist with shade matching, and provide quick makeup trials when required. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while promoting key products and recent launches. Maintain excellent product knowledge and educate customers about Kiro Beauty products and ingredients. Ensure the Kiro counter is clean, well-stocked, and displayed as per brand guidelines. Monitor stock levels, maintain testers, and share daily sales updates with the reporting manager. Follow all brand SOPs, store policies, and hygiene standards while handling products, testers, and customer interactions.
Requirements:

- Minimum 12th pass (minimum)
- 13 years' experience in beauty, cosmetics,



or retail sales
- Good communication skills and presentable personality
- Passion for beauty and customer service
- Industry- Only Beauty Industry
- Age- for Shoppers Stop and Lifestyle, not above 35
- Interviews- Virtual interview
- Shifts - since the BAs works under retail partner stores their roasters are managed by the store managers. Generally, they follow the below shifts:First shift: 11:00 am to 8:00 pmMid shift: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pmSecond shift: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pmWeek off - any day between Monday to Thursday. No weekends offs allowed
