AI-Assisted Engineering
• Hands-on with GitHub Copilot and/or Claude Code in IDE workflows.
• Comfortable using AI for code suggestions, test generation, and troubleshooting — with ownership of correctness and quality.
Core Engineering
• 6+ yrs: Java, Spring, and REST web services.
• 2+ yrs: Distributed or NoSQL DBs — PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Yugabyte.
• 2+ yrs: continuous build (Bamboo, Bitbucket/Git).
• 2+ yrs: cloud development on GCP, AWS, or Azure.
