Technical Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager (Product Development)

Location - Hyderabad (Work from Office)

Experience - 815 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Technical Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of our enterprise software products.

This is not a traditional project management role. The ideal candidate should be capable of writing code when required, reviewing technical designs, solving complex engineering problems, mentoring developers, and ensuring predictable delivery of high-quality software products.

The role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, planning, architecture understanding, stakeholder communication, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Delivery

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple product modules.
- Plan releases, milestones, and sprint deliverables.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality.
- Identify delivery risks early and drive mitigation plans.
- Track schedules, dependencies, resource allocation, and blockers.
- Ensure engineering best practices are followed.
- Drive predictable product releases.

2. Technical Leadership

- Participate in system architecture and technical design.
- Review technical solutions before implementation.
- Ensure scalable, maintainable, and secure software architecture.




- Guide the team in selecting appropriate technologies.
- Conduct architecture and design reviews.
- Solve critical technical issues during development.

3. Hands-on Development The candidate must remain technically involved.

Responsibilities include:

- Develop critical modules whenever required.
- Review pull requests.
- Write production-quality code.
- Troubleshoot production issues.
- Optimize application performance.
- Improve application scalability.
- Participate in code refactoring initiatives.
- Create reusable frameworks and components.

Expected to spend approximately 20-30% of the time on technical work depending on project needs.

4. Team Leadership & Mentoring

- Lead a team of Software Engineers.
- Mentor junior and senior developers.
- Conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Improve coding standards across the team.
- Help engineers grow technically.
- Conduct code walkthroughs.
- Review technical documentation.
- Encourage engineering excellence.

5. Engineering Process Drive adoption of:

- Experience in SaaS platforms.
- Healthcare or Clinical Trial software.

- DevOps knowledge
- Cloud-native architecture.
- Performance engineering.
- Experience leveraging AI-assisted software development tools and workflows (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar) to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and software delivery is highly desirable.
