About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer II (Go & AI) to build scalable cloud-native backend systems for AI-powered applications. You will design and develop distributed systems, high-performance APIs, and multi-tenant platforms while working on up-to-date AI agent frameworks and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Go (Golang).
- Build high-performance REST/gRPC APIs and distributed microservices.
- Develop AI agent orchestration platforms and integrate with LLMs and AI frameworks.
- Build secure, multi-tenant cloud services with authentication, authorization, and API gateways.
- Work with Kubernetes, messaging systems, and distributed data stores.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive engineering best practices.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of backend software development experience.
- Strong expertise in Go (Golang).
- Experience with Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Platforms (SaaS/PaaS).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI Agents, or Agentic AI frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, gRPC, and API design.
- Experience with Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Knowledge of ClickHouse, Snowflake, or similar data platforms is a plus.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, OpenAI Agents SDK, or MCP is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, system design, and mentoring skills.
