Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Support process and automation design .

2. Coordinate with Consultant for Design deliverables

3. Review consultants/ equipment suppliers documents for design, requirement and GxP compliance.

4. Lead equipment/ system packages in facility and equipment FAT, installations, SAT, Facility start-up,

5. Prepare/ support preparation/ review of User Requirements, Design Qualification.

6. Lead procurement related activities for equipment.

7. Project Management : Planning, Scheduling & tracking project deliverables , cost & timelines

8. Lead equipment/ system packages in facility and equipment FAT, installations, SAT, Facility start-up,

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements:

1. A degree in chemical engineering with relevant of experience in design/ project execution / any technical services for pharma/ biopharma facilities.

2. Shall have knowledge of pharma GMP, ISPE, ASME BPE guidelines.

3. Shall be able to perform and review process design, heat/ mass balance and utility calculations.

4. Experience in biotech plants/ manufacturing is highly preferred.

Proficiency in Project Management & Engineering Software (MS Projects, AutoCAD, Hydraulics..)
