We are hiring an Infrastructure Manager to own end-to-end cloud infrastructure, security posture, compliance, and vendor governance for a large-scale marketplace. This role will oversee both AWS cloud environments and physical/endpoint security, ensuring DPDP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud Infrastructure (AWS)

- Own architecture across:
- EKS(Kubernetes)
- VPC, subnets, load balancers
- RDS/Aurora(PostgreSQL), Redis, Kafka

- Ensure:

- High availability (multi-AZ)
- Disaster recovery strategy

- Manage CI/CD pipelines (Code Pipeline, Code Build)

Vendor & Managed Services Oversight

- Manage third-party vendor responsible for:
- Infra operations
- Monitoring
- Incident response

- Define:

- SLAs, SLOs
- Governance frameworks

- Conduct periodic audits and reviews

Information Security (Cloud + Physical)

Cloud Security

- Implement:
- IAM policies (least privilege)
- Network security (security groups, WAF, firewalls)
- Secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager)

- Ensure:

- Encryption at rest & transit
- Logging (CloudTrail, CloudWatch)

- Manage vulnerability scanning & patching

Data Protection & DPDP Compliance

- Ensure:
- PII protection (aligned with DB design)




- Data access controls & audit logs

- Work with legal/compliance teams on:

- DPDP readiness
- Data retention policies

Endpoint & Physical Security

- Oversee:
- Office network security (firewalls, switches)
- Device security (MDM, antivirus, DLP)
- Access control systems (badges, CCTV integration if needed)

Monitoring & Incident Management

- Own monitoring stack:
- CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana

- Define:

- Alerting strategy
- Incident response playbooks

- Lead:

- Security incident investigations
- Root cause analysis

Required Skills

- 8 - 12 years experience
- Strong expertise in:
- AWS cloud architecture
- Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
- Network security & IAM

- Experience in:

- Security frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2, DPDP)
- Vendor management

Positive to Have

- Experience with:
- Marketplace/ high-scale consumer platforms
- Data privacy regulations (India DPDP Act)

- Certifications:

- AWS Solutions Architect / Security Specialty
- CISSP/ CISM

This is full time work from Office and we work on 1st Saturday every month.
