Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Recommend process improvements through data-driven insights.

Required Skills:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in MS SQL Database.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with DAX for Power BI.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Solid stakeholder management and presentation skills.
