Job Description:

We are hiring Freshers and Experienced candidates for our Non-Voice Healthcare Process in the Medical Records Retrieval (MRR) / Release of Information (ROI) team.

Eligibility:

- Freshers with good communication and typing skills are welcome.
- Experienced candidates should have experience in Healthcare Non-Voice processes, such as:
- Claim Adjudication
- Claims Processing
- Medical Records
- ROI (Release of Information)
- Any Healthcare Back-office/Non-Voice process

- Candidates with QA (Quality Analyst) experience in Healthcare Non-Voice processes are also eligible.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Process and review healthcare-related medical records.
- Retrieve and validate medical records from healthcare providers.




- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain quality standards.
- Handle records while adhering to HIPAA and data privacy guidelines.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
