- Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for routing related incident across enterprise Security Tanium AD environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve issue and configuration updates
- Assist implementing routing change patch selection policies and configuration update
- Use basic Splunk searches to analyze logs troubleshooting routing anomalies and support incident diagnosis
- Coordinate with service providers for circuit level escalations and performance issues
- Monitor and track link availability interface status and routing tables
- Maintain documentation including network topology diagrams SPOs and incident records
- Ensure tickets are uploaded with resolution details and escalated as needed within SLA timelines
- Required Skills Experience
- Proven track record overseeing security solutions TANIUM PATCHING SCRIPTING Rest Api CrowdStrike Infrastructure as code
- Splunk Service now
- Experience multisite or international is highly desirable
