Position: Customer Support Executive Healthcare Voice Process

Location: Krishe Saffire Building, 9th Floor, MSR Block, Hitech City Main Rd, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081

Eligibility Criteria

Freshers:
• B.Sc. (Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences) or any Science/Healthcare-related graduation.
• Robust communication skills and willingness to build a career in the healthcare industry.

Experienced Candidates:
• 0-4 years of experience in Healthcare Telecalling, Medical Appointment Scheduling, Healthcare Customer Service, Hospital Call Center, Diagnostic Center, Healthcare BPO, or related healthcare processes.

Job Responsibilities
• Interact with patients/customers over calls and understand their requirements.
• Provide accurate information and support related to healthcare services.
• Follow communication guidelines and process protocols while handling calls.
• Maintain detailed records of customer/patient interactions in the system.




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Build positive relationships with customers/patients through professional communication.

Requirements
• Science or healthcare educational background is preferred for freshers.
• Healthcare telecalling/customer support experience preferred for experienced candidates.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle different customer profiles.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
• Night shifts applicable for male candidates only (No night shifts for female candidates).

Language Requirements
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
