What will you be responsible for

- End to end management of MEMCM Server Patching
- Able to handle First Point escalations and Process Escalations
- Error resolutions and RCA for Major Incidents
- Troubleshooting Patch Failure Issues
- Creating, deploying, and troubleshooting Configuration Items in MEMCM
- Good understanding of Vulnerability Management using Rapid7

What would your day look like
- Deploying Windows and Third-Party Patches on servers using MEMCM
- Troubleshooting Server Patching issues
- Explore and architect Cloud patching solutions (AUM, Azure Arc etc)
- Root cause Analysis for MIs
- Drive Get Current and Stay Current Initiatives
- Good knowledge in Scripting like PowerShell or Python.
- Good knowledge in Azure.
- Deploy and remediate identified vulnerabilities.

Who are we looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in managing enterprise patching, vulnerability management and Monitoring




- Hands-on experience in latest branch (MEMCM 1906/1910/2010/2103) of SCCM
- Fair understanding of MEMCM architecture, including configuration files.
- Valuable knowledge in Vulnerability manageability process and implementation
- Hands-on experience in Application deployment, Patch Management, Software metering, Task Sequencing, etc.
- Troubleshoot and support MEMCM Platform and associated topologies on Windows operating systems.
- Ability to work in ambiguous work environment with global team setup
- Experience working in feature crew model, knowledge of Agile framework
