Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment efforts and ensure a smooth hiring experience for candidates and internal stakeholders. The role involves assisting with sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment data. This internship is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in Talent Acquisition and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing Support

- Assist in identifying potential candidates through job portals, Linkedin, social media, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain an active candidate database for future hiring needs.

2. Screening & Coordination

- Conduct initial resume screenings based on job requirements.
- Support in shortlisting candidates for interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

3. Candidate Communication

- Reach out to candidates via phone or email for initial discussions
- Share job details, clarify doubts, and confirm availability.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a positive candidate experience.

4. Recruitment Operations

- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Support the TA team with daily recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field).
- Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR internship experience are encouraged to apply.
