Recommending the format for development along with market assessment and preparing the entire business plan with financial modules, strategy of project implementation, liasoning with internal and external team of project teams Co-ordinating with developer design team and govt bodies, preparing market mapping, real estate market survey trips, legal due diligence, zonal due diligence.
