MDF Claims Auditor
Role Summary
Perform a detailed audit of each claim filed by partners in Salesforce as part of the MDF program and accordingly approve / reject the filed claims. This includes both MDF fund requests prior to the marketing event and MDF expense claims post the marketing event has taken place.
This is an individual contributor role with no supervisory responsibilities and operates under the direction of the companys MDF audit, Finance and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Perform audit review of all MDF claims filed by partners in Salesforce and perform below checks:
Validate timeliness of filed claims as per established guidelines
¢ Ensure all necessary supporting documentation is attached in the claim




¢ Ensure Reimbursement claim is legitimate and accurate
¢ Review the claim to detect Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption breaches based on available database and agreed test approach
¢ Approve or Reject the filed claim as per the audit performed
¢ Escalate any unresolved issues or exceptions encountered during audit review of claims
Key Skills & Competencies
¢ Strong expense and / or transaction audit experience
¢ Ability to spot / detect anomalies
¢ Salesforce tool
¢ Robust MS Excel skills
