- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Stress analysis of Aero Static under minimal guidance using Ansys APDL.
- Should have a basic knowledge in FEA Theory, Solid mechanics, Machine design and Fatigue.
- 2D & 3D Finite Element modelling of easy, moderate and complex components
- Linear and non-linear static stress analysis (Geometric, Material and contact Linearity)
- HCF/LCF ,fracture mechanics, Modal, Harmonic and transient Dynamic stress analysis
- Strength, stability and Durability of components
- Damage tolerance analysis to estimate fracture life
- Should able to build/update FE Models in Hyper-Mesh.
- Familiarity with Material Review Board (MRB) processes and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical design & analysis of aircraft engine models
- Postgraduate in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace engineering with excellent academic background
- In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Proficiency in application of ANSYS ,HYPERMESH, Unigraphics, software and Siesta is added advantage
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to meet stringent deadlines and commitments
