Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead SAP FICO implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
- Configure and support SAP FI modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Treasury, and Financial Closing.
- Configure and support SAP CO modules including Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
- Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle including design, configuration, testing, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, PS, QM, PM) to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Resolve production support issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely closure of incidents and service requests.
- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical (ABAP) teams.
- Execute Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities, including Financial Closing Cockpit and Intercompany Reconciliation.
- Lead release validation, transport management,



and change request implementation.
- Drive data migration, Business Partner conversion, and HANA migration activities during SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Configure and support SAP Fiori Apps, Fiori Launchpad, and related Finance functionalities.
- Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, user manuals, and deliver end-user training.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders, business process owners, and support teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Lead cutover planning, deployment, and post-Go-Live stabilization activities.
- Follow SAP Best Practices, Clean Core principles, and Agile delivery methodology.

Must Have Skills

- 812 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation/support projects.
- Strong expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Treasury) and CO (CCA, PCA, CO-PC, CO-PA).
- Experience with Financial Closing Cockpit, Intercompany Reconciliation, and Month-End Closing.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, Business Partner (BP), and S/4HANA Finance.
- Experience in SAP rollouts, upgrades, support, and production issue resolution.
- Solid integration knowledge with MM, SD, PS, and other SAP modules.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
