Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to deliver high-quality online training sessions and mentor learners on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging online training sessions on ServiceNow.

- Cover ServiceNow fundamentals and advanced concepts, including ITSM, workflows, forms, reports, and integrations.

- Provide hands-on practical training with real-time use cases.

- Resolve learners' technical queries and guide them throughout the training.

- Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments.

- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow.

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM.

- Prior training or mentoring experience is preferred.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to conduct online sessions effectively.

Work Schedule:

- Part time

- Approximately 1012 hours per week

- Flexible schedule based on mutual availability

Compensation:

- 25,000 per month

Experience Required: 3+ Years
