The ideal candidate should have valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP CPI Certifications, along with solid experience in managing SuccessFactors implementation projects, integrations, and SAP Cloud Platform.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and deliver high-quality SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integrations using SAP CPI.
- Develop and maintain project plans, resource allocation, and status reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members on SAP SuccessFactors EC and CPI.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues impacting project delivery.
Job Requirements
- Strong experience in managing SuccessFactors implementation projects, integrations, and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Proficiency in AI/ML or Generative AI is an added advantage.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience working with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Must have valid SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and SAP CPI Certifications.
