* Manage full recruitment cycle for the UK clinicians and ATS
* Collaborate with practice managers to understand the role requirements and workforce planning needs.
* Carry on Pre Screen Interview.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience by handing compliance process.
* Draft and post job advertisements to source candidates using a variety of channels.
* Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile
- 24 years of experience in UK recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR recruitment, preferably handling end-to-end hiring.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
