Role & Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with industrial, commercial, OEM, EPC, and channel partners.
- Promote and drive sales of Servo Voltage Stabilizers, Distribution Transformers, Isolation Transformers, Power Transformers, UPS Systems, Variac (Auto Variable Transformers), HT/LT Panels, and Step Up & Step Down Transformers across assigned territories.
- Conduct field visits, customer meetings, product presentations, and technical discussions to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Identify potential customers, generate leads, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while expanding market presence and customer base.
- Maintain accurate customer records, update sales activities in CRM, and provide regular sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, timely deliveries, and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Travel for customer meetings, business development activities, and project discussions as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 6 to 20 years of experience in B2B Industrial Sales or Field Sales.
- Prior experience in Transformer Sales is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in Distribution Transformers, Power Transformers, Isolation Transformers, HT/LT Transformers,



and related power products will be preferred.
- Experience in selling Servo Voltage Stabilizers, UPS Systems, Variac (Auto Variable Transformers), HT/LT Panels, and other electrical power equipment will be an added advantage.
- Strong expertise in lead generation, business development, key account management, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Ability to understand technical products and conduct effective product presentations and customer discussions.
- Experience in handling industrial clients, OEMs, EPC contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and MS Office applications.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
