About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee the organizations financial operations, ensure compliance, improve financial performance, and support strategic decision-making
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare finance, budgeting, auditing, statutory compliance, and financial reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations, accounting, and reporting
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
- Ensure compliance with statutory, taxation, GST, TDS, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations
- Develop financial controls and risk management frameworks
- Analyze profitability, departmental costs, and revenue performance
- Support leadership with financial insights and strategic recommendations
- Manage banking relationships, vendor payments, and treasury functions
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team
Qualifications
- CA (Mandatory); MBA Finance preferred
- 10+ years of experience in Finance Accounts
- Prior healthcare/hospital experience preferred
- Solid knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS, taxation, audits, and financial controls
