Role :-

We are looking for a Tender Executive to join our team and coordinate our documentation, proposal writing and communication with suppliers and stakeholders. You should be able to use your effective solutions to process bids and generate reports. You will be responsible for administering and formulating strategies to ensure successful outcomes in tenders and submissions.

Also helping organizations prepare and evaluate bids and tenders for valuable contracts. They coordinate and communicate with all the different stakeholders involved, analyze requirements of a tender and develop key solutions.

responsibilities :- Evaluate bids and contracts: Analyze bids and contracts for price, quality and technical specifications of goods and services

Monitor bids:



Monitor the submission of bids and ensure they are accurately completed and meet the requirements of the tendering process

Prepare reports: Prepare detailed reports and analyses on bid and contract costs

Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate with suppliers and stakeholders to reach favorable agreements

Use project management techniques: Utilize project management techniques and software to effectively manage bids and tender projects

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 10-15 Years Experian of Construction Project Tendering Filed.
