Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks using Python.
- Develop automated test scripts for web applications, APIs, and backend services.
- Create reusable automation components and improve test coverage.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Review code, mentor team members, and enforce automation best practices.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution.
- Ensure automation standards, coding guidelines, and documentation are maintained.
