- Support strategy execution and operational initiatives across global industry groups.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, KPI tracking, pipeline reporting, revenue analysis, and forecasting.
- Perform business research, market intelligence, stakeholder analysis, and commercial insights.
- Maintain CRM hygiene, data accuracy, and reporting across Mercury, ARD, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
- Develop Power BI/Excel dashboards and automate recurring reports.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders, prepare meeting materials, capture action items, and support leadership communications.
- Support business development, strategic accounts, and executive reporting.
