Job Description :

- Candidate should have experience in Real Estate/Building experience (Mandatory).
- Review structural drawings, specifications, and bar bending schedules (BBS) for footings, ensuring alignment with building designs and local building codes
- Supervise excavation, shuttering, reinforcement placement and concrete pouring for footings; verify levels, alignment and steel quality before concreting
- Prepare daily progress reports, material inventories, and work schedules; Coordinate labour, equipment, and vendors for timely footing completion
- Ensure Safety compliance(PPE, Barricades, erosion control) and quality checks; documents measurements before covering work
- Coordinate with vendors and report deviations to project head for project progression
- Monitor & prepare manpower requirement, Material Requirement for smooth work flow
