Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Go or Python.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Integrate AI/ML models into backend applications for real-time or batch inference.
- Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to deploy and monitor machine learning models.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to design productive data storage solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Implement security best practices, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Develop unit tests, integration tests, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3+ years of backend development experience.




- Strong programming skills in Go or Python.
- Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, Django, or Go Fiber/Gin.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience integrating AI/ML models using libraries or frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or OpenAI APIs.
- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts is a plus.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis).
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
