About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Project Manager to lead IT infrastructure projects, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee business operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in IT project execution, and the ability to manage internal teams as well as third-party resources while ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and deliver IT infrastructure management projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Manage end-to-end project execution for both internal company requirements and client projects.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of 15+ in-house employees.
- Coordinate and manage 15+ third-party payroll resources to ensure project efficiency.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage resource allocation, project documentation, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee day-to-day business operations related to IT services and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security standards, and industry best practices.
- Prepare project reports, MIS, and performance dashboards for management.

- Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure Management.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.E./B.Tech or MCA from a recognized institution.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT Project Management or IT Infrastructure Management.
- Proven experience managing teams of 15+ employees.
- Experience working with clients and coordinating third-party vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in IT services, infrastructure management, or system integration projects.
- Exposure to cloud infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or data center operations is preferred.
