Better Be Butter, a premium Bakery & Cafe, is looking for passionate, skilled, and enthusiastic professionals to join our growing team. We are seeking individuals who are committed to delivering high-quality food, beverages, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of continental dishes, cafe specials, bakery items, pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, salads, wraps, appetizers, and desserts while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Prepare specialty coffee, tea, shakes, smoothies, and other beverages as per caf standards.
- Assist in food preparation, ingredient handling, baking, and pizza preparation.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients and bakery products.
- Minimize food wastage and support inventory management.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen and cafe team during busy service hours.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the management.





Eligibility Criteria

Continental Chef

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Bakery, Caf, Restaurant, or Hotel with expertise in continental cuisine, pizza, pasta, burgers, sandwiches, salads, bakery products, sauces, grills, and food presentation.

Bakery and Pastry Chef

- Minimum 25 years of experience in bakery and pastry production.
- Expertise in breads, croissants, cakes, pastries, cookies, and desserts.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, and decoration.
- Ability to maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.

Commi

- Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchen operations and food preparation.

Barista

- Minimum 1 year of experience in preparing coffee, espresso-based beverages, and caf drinks.

Kitchen Helper

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- A culinary or hospitality qualification will be an added advantage.
