About Anamind

Anamind builds a demand forecasting, supply planning, and financial planning platform for inventory-heavy businesses. The product predicts what companies will need, lets planners shape those forecasts with business knowledge, plans replenishment across a multi-tier supply chain, and turns it all into financial analytics. It's a real, deployed, multi-tenant SaaS product used by enterprise planners — not a prototype.

We ship fast, expect things to work the first time, and build heavily with AI-assisted development.

What You'll Do

- Own features end-to-end across the stack — from database schema and API routes to the React planning interface planners use daily.
- Work on the substantive parts of the product: a multi-model forecasting engine, a daily-simulation supply engine, large-scale data uploads, and financial analytics.
- Build for scale — some tenants carry over a million fact rows; you'll write queries and pipelines that hold up (streaming, aggregation, avoiding database memory blowups).
- Handle multi-tenant correctness and security — tenant isolation, role-based access, and authorization are non-negotiable.
- Diagnose and fix production issues reported by real planners, and capture the fix so the same class of bug doesn't recur.
- Work daily with AI-assisted development tools as a core part of your workflow — you'll be expected to drive them well, review the output critically, and own the quality of what ships.

Must-Have Skills

Core stack

- TypeScript (strong) + React with hooks and complex client state
- Next.js (App Router) — API routes, server/client components, middleware
- Node.js backend development
- PostgreSQL + an ORM (Prisma ideal) — schema design, migrations, query optimization, and understanding why a query is slow
- REST API design, auth flows, and multi-tenant data modeling

Engineering judgment

- Writes minimal,



targeted changes — not sweeping rewrites
- Self-reviews for correctness before shipping; understands the cost of a bug reaching a customer
- Comfortable reasoning about data at scale (100K–1M+ rows) — memory limits, streaming, aggregation
- Git fluency and clean, incremental commit discipline

AI-assisted development

- Hands-on experience with agentic AI coding tools — and the discipline to review, verify, and take ownership of AI-generated code rather than trust it blindly. This is genuinely central to how we build.

Nice-to-Have

- Domain exposure to supply chain, demand forecasting, inventory, or FP&A; — or a genuine appetite to learn it deeply
- Time-series / statistical forecasting familiarity (SES, Holt-Winters, ARIMA, ensembles)
- Multi-tenant auth (Clerk or similar), Vercel deployment, Redis caching, large-file handling
- Chart.js / Recharts and data-heavy UI/dashboards
- Excel import/export pipelines (SheetJS / xlsx)
- Experience owning a live SaaS product with real customers

Experience Level

Mid — 4 to 5 years of skilled full-stack experience.

The product carries real architectural weight — a multi-tenant SaaS with a live forecasting and supply engine, meaningful scale constraints, and enterprise correctness requirements. At this level you should be able to take a feature from schema to UI on your own, spot the scaling and security traps before they ship, and move fast with AI tooling without letting quality slip. Track record matters more than an exact year count — a sharp engineer who has shipped real production SaaS clears the bar.

Compensation

12-15 LPA annual CTC, plus meaningful ESOP.

The band moves on location, depth of production ownership, domain exposure, and demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted development. Early-stage equity is a real part of the package on top of cash.
