- Manage civil projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee site operations, including drainage, road work, storm water drainage, building construction, land development, and solar project implementation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards during all phases of construction activities.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and identify potential issues early on to mitigate delays or cost overruns.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-20 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (civil construction management).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale infrastructure projects from conceptualization to delivery.
