Job Summary

The IT Executive will be responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, managing hardware and software systems, ensuring network security, and supporting users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers,cctv, and other IT equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records.
- Perform regular data backups and recovery procedures.
- Ensure antivirus, firewall, and cybersecurity measures are implemented.




- Coordinate with vendors for IT purchases and service support.
- Install and update operating systems and business applications.
- Support ERP, HRMS, Tally, and other enterprise applications.
- Maintain server and cloud-based systems.
- Prepare IT reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.

Qualification

- B.Tech/B.E. (Computer Science, IT) /Degree /Diploma in Computer Science.
- 10+ years of relevant IT support experience.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
