Role & responsibilities

- Lead the overall operations of the club, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across all departments.
- Drive membership sales, corporate memberships and other revenue-generating initiatives.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Ensure exceptional member satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and resolving customer concerns promptly.
- Prepare and monitor annual and quarterly budgets, P&L;, operational costs, and revenue performance.
- Lead recruitment planning, workforce optimization, employee performance reviews, and staff development in coordination with HR.
- Identify training needs, mentor department heads, and ensure adherence to SOPs and service excellence.
- Build strategic partnerships with corporate clients, local communities, and vendors to enhance business opportunities.
- Ensure efficient maintenance of club facilities, recreational areas, sports amenities, and wellness services.
- Monitor daily operational reports, sales dashboards, financial performance,



and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
- Oversee CRM usage, billing processes, access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and operational reporting.
- Plan and execute member engagement activities, tournaments, wellness programs, community events, and loyalty initiatives to improve retention and referrals.
- Develop long-term business strategies and identify opportunities for current services, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10-15 years of experience in hospitality, club management, hotels, or luxury lifestyle properties.
- Proven experience in operations management, sales, business development, and P&L; management.
- Strong leadership, team management, customer relationship, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
