Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations during electrical installation, testing, and commissioning of solar projects.

- Oversee the work of junior engineers and technicians to ensure quality control and timely completion of tasks.

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot problems and resolve technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-4 years of experience in EEE/Electrical Installation/Solar Energy/Solar Project/Troubleshooting/Maintenance.

- Robust understanding of electrical systems, including solar panel installations.

- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and schematics effectively.

- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
