Collaboration and communication are key, ensuring that the solutions developed accurately reflect the client s goals and operational demands. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the integration efforts by coordinating between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through complex integration challenges.
- Continuously evaluate integration processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
- Strong understanding of system integration methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing business and technology solutions that align with client requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate discussions across diverse teams and stakeholders.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Laboratory Information and Execution Systems.
