Project Role : Engineering Services PractitionerProject Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management. Must have skills : Wiring HarnessesGood to have skills : NAMinimum 3 year(s) of experience is requiredEducational Qualification : 15 years full time educationSummary: As a Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Practitioner, you will design, analyze, and build Functional electrical drawings ,systems, and mechanical processes. A strategic aerospace engineering leader specializing in rotary wing platforms, with a robust track record in driving technical delivery, innovation, and client satisfaction. Experienced in shaping engineering processes, delivery governance, and team capability development. Proven ability to influence design and compliance strategies through direct engagement with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Passionate about digital transformation, with a focus on advancing MBSE, MBD, and digital continuity across the product lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: You will join the Aerospace Engineering team, contributing across the full engineering lifecycle??from initial concept and design end-to-end (E2E) responsibilities. Key responsibilities include the design of Functional electrical drawings and system installations. Adapt or create functional drawings based on:



MOD KNOWN / CTK approved design data Apply client standard wiring harness design principles and criteria to ensure compliance, manufacturability, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate design, resolve spatial conflicts, and optimize harness placement for performance and accessibility. Take full ownership of tasks, delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision while adhering to program timelines and technical requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: Proficient in the design and development of electrical harness systems, including both design and installation phases. Develop and release functional electrical drawings based on approved retrofit design data. Develop functional wiring retrofit solutions, including hook-up tables and wiring diagrams for electrical systems. Generate engineering deliverables (BoM, ECN, wiring documentation) ensuring compliance with client standards. Perform end-to-end validation of FD and ePD datasets. Execute pre/post comparison analysis, identifying discrepancies and ensuring correct implementation of design changes. Hands-on experience with Capital logic/XC/SEE XP. well versed with client specific tools (TAKSY/GILDA/APS/3D JUMP etc).
- The candidate should have a 3 to 4 years of practical experience on Capital / SEE XP
- B Tech/M Tech in Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering is required
- 15 years full time education
- Must have skills : Functional electrical drawings
- Minimum 5+ years of experience is requiredLocation: Bengaluru Qualification 15 years full time education
